I love people. A simple phrase, but it’s one of the truest things about me. I love meeting new people, finding common interests, hearing their stories- it’s one of the biggest reasons why I love this job- I get to KNOW people during the most special time in their lives.
Because of this interest in people, I don’t find it hard to connect with others- BUT sometimes I meet couples that become INSTANT friends…ones that I meet that I feel as though I’ve been friends with them for years after only talking for a few minutes. Sara and Matt are those kind of people. I remember meeting with them over Panera during their initial consult back in May, and leaving knowing that I made two lifelong friends. That’s a darn good feeling.
Sara and Matt met while serving in the Peace Corps in Romania- they were on separate teams in opposite parts of the country- but their paths crossed while at a gathering for those serving in Romania. Most of the beginning of their relationship was spent long distance, but when together they had the greatest of adventures in Europe and abroad.
Sara and Matt are two of the most special people. Separately- they are incredible- so you can only imagine how amazing they are together- Two of those kind of people that together make the world a more lovely place.
My writing honestly cannot do these two justice- but I have to tell you that I feel SO BLESSED to be a part of their lives- and to have been able to capture their love.
Sara and Matt- it has been SUCH a pleasure serving you. I expect to bare witness and capture many many more special times in your beautiful lives.
Happy Weekend, Friends!
