Inna & Steve | A Philadelphia Colonial Dames Wedding

2015-01-21_0103It’s more than kinda hard to know where to start with these two. . . Other than to say- I honestly cannot think of a better couple to finish out my 2014 wedding season with.

I first met Inna my freshman year of college at Messiah- I remember meeting her and hoping we’d be friends. She has the kind of personality that every girl wants to have- the kind that draws others in with her infectious laugh and genuinely joyful disposition. She absolutely is a blessing to be around.

I remember when Inna starting posting pictures with a┬ámystery man on facebook and instagram- and thinking that this had to be the one- because that genuine joy was even more evident. So you can imagine MY happiness when Inna announced she was engaged! I, of course, prayed and hoped I’d be the one lucky enough to be asked to capture their day…and I was. Joey and I were still in London, and Inna Facebooked me and said she would “like to ask me something”…:)

I remember meeting Steve for the first time during their engagement session at Harper’s Ferry. I was IMMEDIATELY impressed by his character- Steve has a very evident care and concern for others that is so refreshing…and then there’s his love for Inna…an honest pleasure to witness. I love watching these two interact- they are so patiently loving with one another- always putting each other’s interest before their own– absolutely the key to a long and beautiful marriage.

Inna and Steve got married on a gorgeous winter’s day in late December in the middle of Philadelphia. Inna and her lovely bridesmaids got dressed at their lovely venue, The Colonial Dames, as Steve waited in beautiful anticipation for his bride in the nearby Rittenhouse Square. Their first look was one of the most heart-warming I’ve ever witnessed and captured…and their day an incredible blessing to photograph.

Inna and Steve- I cannot thank you enough for asking me to photograph this most special time in your lives– it is a blessing to call you friends…and I am SO excited to see how God blesses your marriage.

Tricia Skowronski - What beautiful pictures. They capture the event so beautifully. My husband, Greg, is cousin to Stephen and we were sad to have it miss the affair. I am so thankful that we were able to see the pictures through your blog. You have a great eye for capturing the “story.”
Inna is absolutely breath taking!
Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Stephen Bondira!
